As I came jogging back down a very steep, old logging mountain road, about a mile and a half from the cabin, I saw my 83-year-old father coming up the road with a smile on his face – knowing he was doing something he could not have done a year ago. I said, “Dad, are you sure you are ok going up this mountain?” Again he smiled, saying he was doing great and wanting to know how far it was to the top!

Wellness is such a wonderful and beautiful thing. My definition of wellness is having the energy and vitality to do the things you love to do. To have positive daily emotions such as love and gratitude and being connected to God and His purposes for your life. When you have wellness it offers so many opportunities: from engaging in activities such as our (me, Susan, Marcus, Luke and my father Richard) trip to British Columbia, to helping others experience greater wellness, which happens every day in TriVita.

Wellness is more than a gift; it is a journey of embracing the practice of the disciplines we teach in the 10 Essentials for Health and Wellness.

Wow, living with wellness allows for – and brings to us – the greatest experiences of life! Not only was my father able to hike up the mountain but he also was running his own boat, changing and casting his flies in hopes of hooking a trophy fish, and catching the big (20 inch plus) Kamloops trout and landing them without any assistance from anyone. The two-way radios blasted the excitement of “just landed” or “fish on” throughout each day as we fished hard for twelve hours a day!

That was an adventure we will always remember, especially since we celebrated my father’s 83rd birthday and then celebrated Father’s Day on the last day of the trip. When we arrived home – feeling the exuberance from such a fabulous trip – I was greeted with an email from Ray Cox, one of our most enthusiastic Affiliates who is fully dedicated to the mission of TriVita. His words reminded me again of the beauty and blessing of wellness and the pure joy of sharing it with others. It was another fabulous Father’s Day gift.

Ray writes, “Thank you for taking the time to cast your vision through my eyes into my soul. Thank you for never giving up no matter the doubts on what God placed in your heart. Thank you for being the kind of family man that makes me proud to be around and aspire to. Thank you for creating a product that has given me my wife back full of hope, ability, energy and health. Thank you for creating a company that allowed me to leave my job in 12 months and build something of significance that fulfills my destiny. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to build others up by focusing out rather than hoarding in. Thank you for breaking down the barriers so that anyone with passion and vision can get on the plane to Australia in February to help share this door-opener to the world. I will, as my personal motto states, ‘Be a real man inspiring others to believe in themselves.’ In the last year our neurologist has gone from disbelief in the improvement of my wife, Gloria, to now suggesting we only monitor her. I also hear calls every day from other people who could not function without their Nopalea!!”

Isn’t wellness a beautiful thing?! Isn’t the feeling of being a part of a mission of helping people find greater wellness such a beautiful expression of one’s life purposes?!

When I made my speech at the opening ceremony of TriVita’s launch 11 years ago, I said that TriVita may not be the biggest or grow the fastest, but it will be different! It truly is different! It is more than an opportunity to enhance lifestyle; it is an opportunity to fulfill your God-given life purposes!

I applaud Ray Cox for his commitment and service but there are many TriVita Affiliates who could sign their names to this email message as being their own belief and passion for wellness and the desire to help others.

I write in my book Ten Keys to Wellness and Wealth, “DESIRE is the starting point of all achievement. Desire gives you the focus you need to overcome life’s distractions and failures. What you BELIEVE and the degree to which you hold your beliefs will allow you to endure and succeed.” Desire and belief are the two greatest qualifiers to success. Anybody can achieve success in TriVita if they truly desire and believe in the journey of wellness and want to help others on the way.

I am extremely grateful for each of you who have caught this vision and have given your life talent and time to its advancement.

Michael

I just finished an interview for the July VitaJournal on Optimal Wellness. My definition of optimal wellness is being in a state in which you have the energy and vitality to do all the things you need and desire to do. It is living with positive emotions such as love, gratitude, forgiveness and acceptance, and being connected to God and His purposes for your life each and every day. That is Optimal Wellness living and it just doesn’t get any better.

I have taken a few days here at the ranch with my family to enjoy the great outdoors I love so much, and I am filled with overwhelming gratitude that I have the wellness to enjoy everything I desire to do: from climbing the steepest mountains to spending an eight-hour day on the river in all-out, non-stop fly casting to large trout that feed in the riffles and pools. To sit with my family on the deck in the evening, listening to the creek as it flows over the falls and through the rocks as it meanders through the ranch, offers a serenity that is hard to describe. The evening meal prayer is not one of ritual or habit but is filled with deep emotions of gratitude and blessing for such a wonderful life of wellness.

I have not always enjoyed wellness: 14 years ago at the age of 50, I lost my health and had little wellness in my life physically, emotionally or spiritually. My wellness-seeking journey has brought these gifts to me and one significant gift is the thousands of people who have joined with me in their wellness journey – making up the community of wellness seekers we call TriVita.

To share wellness information and outstanding TriVita products that deliver wellness experiences – such as Nopalea, which has changed thousands of people’s lives – is one of the greatest experiences of my life. I am so blessed and honored. The world is full of people who want to experience Optimal Wellness living. We as TriVita Affiliate Members have an incredible opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life and a difference in our world. And thankfully it is happening every day: TriVita Affiliates are sharing wellness products and their personal wellness experiences.

It is also happening through the Nopalea television show. Thousands of new wellness seekers are joining TriVita. Be sure to get your reservation in so you can add to your organizational growth by mentoring new media Affiliates.

I would love to hear from our Affiliate bloggers about what wellness has done for your quality of life and what the TriVita Affiliate opportunity means to you. I think your blog would be very inspirational to our Affiliate community. If you are like me, it is hard to not write a book, but just a short blog would be great.

The rod went back and curved at the perfect arch, loading it for the cast. As I watched from the back of the boat, I knew I was fishing with someone who knew the art of presentation and had done it many times before. As the bait hurled through the air towards the stick of brush which indicated underwater structure, and possibly a big bass, the anticipation of the strike was incredibly exciting. I was fishing with James Robison in South Texas on a small lake loaded with bass. James told me he had fished for years and because of a tendon injury in his casting arm he had always worn a brace on his forearm to relieve the pain while he was bass fishing – one of his favorite pastimes.

But he wasn’t wearing a brace this day – and hadn’t worn one any day in the last year. That’s because he had experienced total relief after taking Nopalea. His exuberant spirit projecting across the lake was not just about Nopalea right at that moment but for the cast which was going to land the bait perfectly. The water exploded with a huge bass making the strike, and with bright red gills flaring, the fight was on. Yes I know, only if you have ever fished for bass would you get chill bumps from visualizing this scene!

That day was filled with excitement as we cruised the lake, raising more big fish and talking about the art of presentation and the thrill of discovery. I shared with James how Luke and I had done a fly fishing demonstration at the Tucson leadership event in an effort to illustrate to our TriVita field leaders the importance of presentation and the thrill of discovery when you follow up with a media contact. I wish every Affiliate would just concentrate on those two things; it would significantly enhance their Affiliate experience and advance them on the career path to whichever level they desired!!

I was really pumped going there to fish with James as the two previous days I had received emails from Affiliates with wonderful stories of Nopalea wellness experiences: their own as well as those of people they shared the Wellness Challenge with. I was living my dream: people experiencing wellness and sharing their wellness experiences with others. Eleven years of laying the foundations and now it was happening in such a remarkable way! I also had messages from excited Affiliates who were enjoying the reciprocal rewards of their product presentations and what it was doing for their income and organizational growth! I truly was having the best few days of my life, overwhelmed with joy from these reports.

Sue Buscemi sent me an email saying her business was exploding. Sue has worked so diligently through the years, making sure she helped her media and personal contacts have the best wellness experiences. Now after 10 long years, Sue is experiencing explosive growth. Growth has never been her ultimate purpose, as she wanted wellness for others like she had experienced with TriVita products. Sue wrote, “I cannot tell you the times a customer will say to me, ‘I have been praying for help. And then I received your call and know my prayers were being answered. Thank you, Sue.’ It brings tears to my eyes and is a gift to my heart to be a part of someone’s life-changing experience.” Nopalea and its wellness experience benefits are driving her growth just like with our other Affiliates. But Sue is quick to acknowledge that it is all our products that help people experience wellness. And I can confirm that the new people coming in as a result of the Nopalea media are also purchasing other TriVita products.

I received another email from Susie Miller about her wellness experience. I literally cried with joy to read her first email. Susie wrote, “I have sought to find the words to express my gratitude for you, TriVita and our God for the gift of Nopalea. It has brought a miracle into my life. About seven years ago I was no longer able to pretend that I was healthy and fine as my health began to deteriorate in ways that compromised my quality of life, my work and my ability to be actively involved in the lives of my children and my husband.”

She went on to say that she could no longer jog or even go for those long walks along the lakeshore with her husband John, whom she adores. It was a struggle sometimes for her to even get out of bed but today, as her husband John says, “It is nice to have my wife back!” This is the result of just one month on Nopalea and being willing to take a mega loading phase as her trial introduction with Nopalea. Susie’s life has been so incredibly impacted, she desired to share the Nopalea Wellness Challenge with anyone who would listen. Now her whole family has jumped on board with the Affiliate opportunity. Susie went from Affiliate to Director in one month!

Another email I received was from Pastor Steve up in Bangor, Maine. He really did not have a good start as an Affiliate. In fact, he did not generate any volume in his first six months as an Affiliate. Then he got the opportunity to work with some media contacts that Tom and Lori Obey placed as Steve finally qualified in the Get 2 It program. He learned quickly in his presentations to say, “It is not your fault” to those who had not taken the loading phase or had the desired results with Nopalea. Just with a few caring words Pastor Steve saw and heard his media contacts share their desire to improve their quality of health and make a commitment to do so by buying cases of Nopalea. Pastor Steve’s art of presentation in his follow-up is to simply communicate, “I care about you and believe you will find a Nopalea wellness experience if you will commit to it.”

Terry Newsome emailed me last night and said his phone calls are off the charts with Affiliates who are excited about what has happened in the month of April. Affiliates are seeing huge growth in their organizations. He said the excitement is so high he may not even be able to sleep this weekend. I reminded Terry that sleep is an essential for wellness!

I am sure if you checked your volume for last week and especially just the last day of the month, you are shocked at the volume. We broke our daily record by nearly 40% on April 30. It was a new record for the day, the week and for the month! Canada does not have the advantage of advertising as we are still waiting for our advertising number from the Canadian government, but TriVita Canada is up 100% over April of 2009! Canadian Affiliates are practicing the art of presentation and having the thrill of discovery! “Wow” and “grateful” are my two words to describe the activity in April.

We have had more Affiliates achieve Presidential Director in the first four months of 2010 than we have had in the 11 years since founding TriVita! I can’t wait until we get to the Galaxy of Stars to make the presentations. In fact, I will have the joy of presenting to my 83-year-old father and mother their presidential award. They are still recruiting and in fact, a couple months in 2010 they were among the top Affiliates in personally recruiting new Affiliates! Belief is a powerful thing! They believe in the mission of TriVita: helping people experience wellness! And yes, they have had their own Nopalea wellness experiences adding to that belief.

Register soon for the Galaxy of Stars event as it will be jammed out at the Kierland Westin this year! You won’t want to miss the most exciting event we have ever had with TriVita.

Here is my closing thought: If you care, learn to share and enjoy the thrill of discovery! Just like in fishing, presentation matters and to enjoy the thrill of discovery you must learn the art of presentation. Everyone can share if they simply care. You can achieve and succeed as an Affiliate with TriVita!!

Michael

We sat there mesmerized by the story of the journey of the ancient island people as they established their kingdoms throughout the Pacific islands. With production lights changing the moods, costumes being changed to depict the various kingdoms, fire sticks twirling around bronzed-colored bodies and piercing eyes with warrior-like intensity behind twirling, flashing swords, the Hawaiian performers proudly communicated a passionate story about their heritage.

We were ending our fabulous day in Paradise (Hawaii) at a luau called the Gathering of the Kings. The bodies shimmered along with the palm trees all around us, and a beautiful moon overhead shone down on us to let us know this was a truly a night of celebration. The Hawaiian performers were celebrating their heritage, while those of us from TriVita that were gathered there were celebrating the wonderful day we’d had introducing TriVita and the Sonoran Bloom product Nopalea to many new people in Hawaii.

We all felt a special connection, like we were on the edge of something big happening in TriVita. Like this was not just pushing west into the islands, but rather, represented our destiny of taking Nopalea to the world. The ancient Polynesian people had to take long sea journeys looking for clouds which might indicate a mountain or land mass. Would they have enough endurance, rations and seafaring skills to get to a newly discovered island in their outrigger type canoes? It just seemed the story we were watching reflected another story: TriVita, as we envisioned expanding to people of different cultures and countries who would embrace the wellness message of TriVita and the fabulous products we have to share.

As I sat there reflecting upon this fabulous day in Paradise we had just experienced, I knew only a year ago, Susan and I had come to Kona, Hawaii and met one person , Melo Clarke, a food server at a seaside café. We spoke to her about wellness and she told her story of her family that had been devastated by disease. We invited her to go on a wellness journey with us and now here we were one year later with hundreds of new friends in Hawaii. They had come from several islands to the seminar and we could watch the belief rise in their hearts from the beginning of the wellness seminar until they were exuberant and passionately sharing their desire of taking Nopalea throughout the islands. Questions changed to statements of excitement about the possibilities!

Randy, a local Hawaiian, shared with us his experience with Nopalea. He had decided to try it with his mother who suffered with severe joint and muscle pain. They were skeptical about the wellness benefits but Randy took the free bottle Melo had given him and each day would pour three ounces and give it to his mother. In the third week, Randy heard his mother whistling tunes upstairs in the house; he knew her life was being changed. No longer was she in the grasp of pain and discomfort. Randy said his father went on the product as well, seeing the astonishing effects with his wife. Then his uncle who suffers from gout and swelling in the ankles went on the product to find great relief. Randy is an Affiliate who believes in Nopalea and is sharing his belief with others. One couple shared with us that they are on three cases (4-pack) per month autoship as it has made such a difference in their lives!

Nopalea is an amazing product and it works with people of any race or ethnicity. It is not bound by cultural differences. It only has to be taken at the proper amount each day to help the body do what it desires to do: make a person well!

But my day was not only about being here in Paradise presenting at the seminar; it was about receiving emails and phone messages from Affiliates all over North America letting me know how excited they are with the Share and Earn program, the Get 2 IT program and how grateful they were for the March Madness bundles of 5. One of our most passionate Affiliates is now up to $6,000 a week – just in the Share and Earn bonus. Wow, what a day in paradise! It was happening all over North America and I was simply enjoying a day in paradise. Perhaps I could just stay here for a month and enjoy what our Affiliates do: the benefits of a residual business which keeps on going even if I take a break away from it and do nothing! Now that would be a new experience for me.

Let me share with you some of the statements from fired-up Affiliates. Ted Lamb called and left me a message saying they had a great training meeting and one of the Affiliates went home and ran into the UPS driver delivering a 4-pack of Nopalea. The driver asked, “What is this stuff, as I am delivering this all over Prescott, Arizona? Is this something I should know about?” I expect to see a new Affiliate that drives a UPS truck!!

Tina Gonda, sent an email saying, “Michael, you can’t even imagine how much the media bundles have made a difference in our business.” She said that since the Tucson leadership event at the end of February her business is exploding. Lori Obey wrote me an email saying, “We are hot in Maine.” While they have had a wonderful warm winter in Maine, she was not referring to the weather but the temperature of the fire that is burning in the hearts of Affiliates in Maine. Like Terry Newsome says, they are on fire! They are having incredible results following up with the new media contacts.

That is just a sampling of the messages I was left with as I experienced one day in Paradise as we shared Nopalea with the Hawaiian people.

Randy and Melo Clarke worked hard to make this seminar a great success. I am very grateful for their efforts. One woman, a registered nurse, was so excited about Nopalea and the Affiliate opportunity that she signed up as an Affiliate and bought all 45 bottles of extra product we had shipped for the seminar. I guess that kind of tells the story of a special day in the place where Susan and I have been coming for over 40 years to relax, rejuvenate and dream dreams of how we could advance our life purposes.

We are coming back to Hawaii next February!! Would you like to come with us and experience wellness in Paradise?

Michael

The March Madness Fever (MMF) is spreading throughout TriVita. I have never seen more excitement in TriVita, both at corporate and throughout the Affiliates in the field.

If you have not heard, (as the grapevine is a hotline right now from the leaders who attended the event), the Nopalea media bundle is no longer made up of three contacts but has gone to four contacts for the same price of $240. All four will have made a transaction to purchase up to five bottles, and at least one contact will be an Affiliate who wants to earn income, with many packs containing two or three Affiliates. Why do I know that? Because of the status reports we are getting from the new call center on the calls coming from the Nopalea infomercial. ‘Multiply your efforts and divide your costs’ is a driving formula in our business model, and we have been able to make that happen for you as of March 1. There was a time when people would have paid $240 for one Affiliate!

March Madness Fever definitely showed up in the Presidential breakfast when the idea exploded out of this group, by asking what if we could go to five media contacts in a bundle for everyone who would place a bundle under an Affiliate on their first tier who had enrolled two Share and Earn qualified Affiliates. This would create a growth explosion in one month. So I asked the Presidential group if they were suggesting the company put five media contacts in a bundle, and each Affiliate would look on their first tier and if they saw they had an Affiliate who had enrolled two Share and Earn Affiliates, they could purchase a bundle for $240 and place it under that Get 2 it! qualified Affiliate.

Well you know hallucinations go with fevers. This was a big request from the Presidential Directors, as we had just worked so hard to get the number to four contacts for $240. So here was my challenge back to this feverish Presidential group – You have one month, (the month of March), for this to happen, and Affiliates can only place on their second tier under a Get 2 it! qualified Affiliate. You, as Presidential leaders, can’t buy a large quantity at this ridiculous price and place where ever you want. The Directors can’t buy a large quantity and place where ever they want either. It has to be everyone participating and purchasing a bundle to place under their first tier Get 2 it! qualified Affiliate, and the bundle of five goes on their second tier.

Ok, you have just the month of March to make this happen starting March 1st. The only excuse I can offer is we all have the MMF!!! The company will offer five Nopalea contacts to be placed under a Get 2 it! qualified Affiliate on the purchaser’s first tier.

I think this MMF is contagious, as corporate had just presented the Career Path Accelerator Campaign Saturday afternoon at the leadership event to be effective March 1, 2010. Marcus Ellison and Terry Newsome want us to make an all out push for Directors. Yes it is the Dash for Director Campaign from March 1 – September 30, and also to champion new Presidential Directors to fly with us for our Presidential invasion into Australia next February. We are taking all our Presidential Directors to build a new business line in Australia. More on that later… Talk about exciting times – TriVita’s Directors’ leadership is on fire with this great opportunity.

Ok, why Dash for Director? Look at the fabulous benefits – from monthly leadership bonuses, earning 60% Share and Earn enroller bonuses, becoming a Certified Trainer, to special leadership events where you can accelerate your learning and earning opportunity.

The Career Path Acceleration Campaign pays group bonus VitaPoints on media bundle purchases. One media bundle is worth 240 VitaPoints for career path advancement, and there is a matching 240 VitaPoints to the purchaser of the bundle, making 480 VitaPoints to the purchaser.

Now for the next six months, not only do your have your product VitaPoints, which you earn commissions and rank advancement, but you will have an additional VitaPoint accelerator to advance your rank. Dash to Director has never been easier and more rewarding.

I think the reason all of us have this March Madness Fever is because of the wellness results we hear people are experiencing with Nopalea. It has just pushed us to the limits…the stories are amazing, remarkable and just plain astonishing to us all. We have an incredible opportunity to bring a wellness experience to our world with Nopalea.

I hope all of you get the March Madness Fever as it seems to create the unthinkable and improbable results!!!

Michael

The leadership event in Tucson had an amazing affect on everyone who attended. It was an awesome sight to see groups gathered around the fire pits late into the first night building relationships and projecting into the future the incredible and exciting possibilities of what is going to happen at TriVita. They gathered the next morning at the crack of dawn to take jeep tours into the Sonoran Desert and pay tribute to the land that has given us the Nopal cactus from where we get the juice for Nopalea. I heard that some even stopped to catch a Bull snake and had a snake handling exercise.

The decisions and campaigns that came out of this leadership event can best be described as March Madness Fever (MMF), which must have attacked both corporate and Presidential leadership.

I will post tomorrow the March Madness Fever Campaigns. I had a Presidential Director meeting Sunday morning following the event where Cody Ramsey stopped all of us and said, “I realized last night that in less than a year we have had a complete cultural change within our Affiliates. I am not the same person I was a year ago. The product experiences of Nopalea have changed our beliefs and our behavior.” I left that meeting overwhelmed with joy. The vision we had when we founded TriVita was happening – people experiencing wellness and sharing that experience with others. I drove back to Phoenix to have another meeting late into the night. This morning I have to meet with the Corporate Executive Team to let them know the effects of March Madness Fever so they can get prepared for the MMF growth effect!! It will be crazy at TriVita for a long time from the MMF effect!!

I will post the Campaigns tomorrow! I promise… you and your Affiliates will want to know about them, as they will accelerate your business in a big way. Email your Affiliates and tell them to go this blog site for the MMF Campaigns that will be posted at 12:00 noon MST on March 2, 2010.

If you haven’t checked your back office to see your sales volume taking a big jump in January, please do so today. We ended the month with not only the biggest Saturday sales in our history, but the biggest month in TriVita’s history as well! There is more excitement both in corporate and the field than ever… with the feeling that something very special is happening.

Let me express my excitement with a little trivia. In January alone, if you took the amount of Nopalea bottles sold, and laid them down top to bottom touching each other in a single line; it would be 11miles of solid Nopalea bottles. Wouldn’t that be a cool helicopter shot? When we get our new Nopalea truck and trailer, (Tom Obey has his Nopalea PT Cruiser so I need a Nopalea semi truck), we should line the both sides of the road with Nopalea bottles and then with our semi truck painted Nopalea pink with a 40 ft. Nopalea bottle in a pour position painted on the trailer sides, let’s drive for five miles through the Sonoran Desert. Be watching for that video! I am using the Law of Expression!!!!

I know one thing – there is an explosion of excitement and belief about Nopalea and the wellness and growth it is bringing, and we are just getting started with the media and the Get 2 it! Program. All the excitement with people ordering the product is because of the wellness experiences Nopalea is delivering. Millions of people will be coming to TriVita with the media program. It happened with the B-12, and it is happening again with Nopalea.

Nopalea is more than a story, more than just a nutritional drink – it is a wellness experience making a dramatic difference in people’s lives. People experiencing pain for decades are seeing the quality of their lives radically improve, along with experiencing relief from breathing problems, skin disorders and many other conditions that take away the “life is wonderful” feeling.

So if you are an Affiliate who wants to build, you have an incredible product, Wellness Challenge presentation tools, and the Get 2it! Program to enhance your building opportunity.

If you are in the Director Leadership group, you need to get to the leadership event in Tucson this month. You will receive certified training and your own webinar classroom with a fully loaded curriculum on the Share and Earn System with its Wellness Challenge, and the Get 2 it! and Income Accelerator Programs. THIS WILL BE YOURS TO USE 24/7 FREE OF CHARGE TO TRAIN ALL NEW AFFILIATES ENTERING YOUR BUSINESS LINES.

Plus, you will be compensated for every training you do along with the opportunity to have all your future events paid for, including registration, rooms, upgrades and food. Get in on the Presidential Director mentoring program following this event and you’ll leave knowing you can explode your business. Talk about your return on capital – try to put the numbers to that return on human and financial capital.

If you have some financial and human capital to work, I do not know of a greater opportunity where you can build not only significant revenue but a world-class asset. This is a great moment in your lifetime; take advantage of these moments as they don’t happen often.

Let’s talk about the enroller bonus. There has been some discussion in the field about whether to keep it or give it away. First let me say, lots of study went into the development of this powerful and generous enrollment bonus in the income accelerator. Without appearing offensive, if we thought there was more power in giving it away, we would have designed that in the program as we discussed it with our Presidential Directors. REMEMBER, YOUR SUCCESS IS OUR SUCCESS. We need to create the best marketing tools, systems and compensation structures in the industry for you. We think we are doing that for the long-range builder who wants sustainable growth with multi-generational (legacy) and international expansion capacity in the business plan and model.

It is a very simple plan but profound in its results. If you get two Affiliates who are Share and Earn qualified, you have demonstrated that you can make a presentation and now can purchase from the Nopalea media contacts, as follow-up is critical. You also qualify to receive a bundle of three media contacts from an Affiliate in your business line – at no cost to you. Whether that is your enroller or whether it is someone from the Director leadership, it adds growth to your business line at no cost to you. Just think of the power of modeling. If that is happening down on your 4-5-6-7 tiers where people are engaged in the Get 2 it! Program, placing and following up with media contacts (qualifying to do so by getting 2 Affiliates), then you are advancing in volume, and up the career path, building revenue and an asset.

Let me give you an example of the power of the enroller bonus staying with the enroller. One of our Presidential Directors caught the vision of how much he could do if he kept the enroller bonus. He needed to determine if the value from the media contacts he placed was there from them purchasing more products. He purchased 10 bundles which gave him 30 contacts and it cost $2,400, which he then placed. In January he had already received $1,100 from the enrollment bonus in one month. That Presidential Director has very big plans for placing bundles where there are people who are working the business. He understands wealth building. This may be an exception from the purchases in the media bundles so this example is not intended to be an exact financial model. What we do hear consistently from those following up with the media contacts is that there is a lot of demand for the product. We do know Nopalea is making a difference and people love the product….it is now the number one sales volume product in TriVita. Keep your enroller bonus and keep turning it as frequently as you can into more bundles to build your business.

A key to wealth building is directing your capital to where it can be protected and grown at the greatest rate of growth possible without the risk of loss. By you keeping your enrollment bonus and YOU directing it toward human capital that is following up and seriously growing a business, you will have enhanced the success you desire. Again, keep your enroller bonus and don’t give it away in the compensation plan so others have the discretion to spend it or build with it. You have already given the opportunity for growth by placing three at no cost to the Affiliate who received them.

This is not an entitlement program; this is a Share and Earn Program where human and financial capital complement each other in driving growth and opportunity for all – thanks to our gift from God, NOPALEA!!

I look forward to seeing our Directors in Tucson later this month. I promise you it will be the greatest event in our history for equipping you to build your business.

I have never been more excited about entering a new year in my entire life as I am about entering 2010. It is going to be a TEN!

We are starting off with a webinar on January 5 (5 p.m. PST, 8 p.m. EST) featuring the Get 2 it! program. This will be crucial for learning about the reservation system for purchasing Nopalea media contacts. It will also explain the compounding power of Get 2 it! I am very excited about this additional tool in our building efforts. It is definitely one of those practices that is simple to implement yet profound in its results.

Get 2 it! is more than a motivational tool to help you build, it is a principle-based growth tool that will add to your building efforts exponentially. One principle that supports Get 2 it! is this: multiply your efforts and divide your costs. If you can understand this principle, you will never stop your building efforts, as you know it leads to significant revenue and wealth creation. When others join your organization, two things happen: they not only multiply your efforts, but they also divide your initial costs of starting your organization.

Peter Speech is a new Affiliate with TriVita whose business has just exploded in the last 30 days. Yes, that was the month of December. I think Christmas Day was the only day he did not add to his organization. I called him and talked with him and he said, “Michael, the Get 2 it! program is a no-brainer. It is so powerful and easy to explain. But what is making a believer in all of our new Affiliates joining with me, is the fact that Nopalea really delivers a wellness experience.” I agree whole-heartedly that the product experience is what is creating the opportunity. We have a product few companies ever have the opportunity to bring to market – one that delivers an identifiable product experience that people can see and feel.

I could not be more thrilled to hear about new Affiliates like Peter Speech promoting the Wellness Challenge to enroll new Affiliates. This has been my dream and vision: people experiencing wellness and sharing their wellness experience with others, and being reciprocated with money and what money cannot buy. Money cannot buy the feeling and satisfaction of knowing your life purposes are being fulfilled in a community of like-minded people.

I believe 2010 will be the greatest year for recorded wellness experiences and will see the largest expansion of our Affiliate base in our 10-year history.

I hope and pray you will enjoy this wonderful year of growth with us!

Michael

In my last blog I mentioned that blog followers get information first, especially when it is the CEO’s blog!

Well, here is “first-to-know” news: The reservation system for the Nopalea media co-op advertising is going live the Monday after Christmas (Dec. 28). You will have the opportunity to load your reservations at that time. As you know, those who attended the Galaxy of Stars will get their reservations fulfilled first.

You will actually be able to purchase and place with this incredible new tool beginning January 4, 2010. Get 2 it! will be officially and fully launched! Excitement among our Presidential Director leadership group is at an all-time high. We have worked closely with them to bring these programs forward in 2010 to enhance your building experience.

There will be a webinar the first week of January which will cover how to use the tool; be watching for an email from Marcus announcing this webinar training. This is a significant upgrade over the B-12 contact reservation system; it was developed to help you target and direct your purchases toward those who have recruited two people as part of the Get 2 it! program. This program is a very powerful way to reward the workers in your organization and drive growth.

Look at all the wealth essentials that are incorporated into our Share and Earn program. As I wrote in my book, 10 Keys to Wealth, there are many essentials such as modeling, compounding, multiple income streams, systems, structures, reciprocity, desire, belief, goal setting, law of expression (which by the way, are all 10 of the essentials to building wealth)… and these all support the Share and Earn program! The combination of the Nopalea Wellness Challenge Gift of Health, the Affiliate Program and Get 2 it! opportunities, along with the income accelerator, give you an incredibly powerful business driver.

If you just don’t “get it” then listen to what our leading Affiliate enroller told me. He said that many of the industry builders think this is the most powerful plan and product they have ever seen. Charles has put in over 1000 new Affiliates since May, so he should know how powerful this opportunity is to the builder. In fact, he was so thrilled that the reservation system is going live and that the Nopalea co-op advertising is now ready to go, that he said he is changing the way he is going to build – as this will promote even faster growth than he has seen since May! That is pretty remarkable for someone who has brought in the all-time high numbers in 2009.

Bryan Wirth told me he has given up golf for “three-way calls” because of the Get 2 it! program and the fast-track building he is experiencing. He said the week before Christmas had more field activity than at any time during the year in 2008. Everyone knows December is just not a good month for our industry except at TriVita. We are on track for a record-breaking December and for sure a “blow the doors down” record-breaking Affiliate enrollment in December.

This is your time to Get 2 it! I hope you will enjoy the ride in 2010 and create greater wellness and wealth for your life purposes! I know it is going to be for me, as I am not only ramping up for the company growth, I have new wellness goals, fitness goals and spiritual goals. I will also be building my dream lake and live-stream fishery to enjoy with the many new Affiliates who join with TriVita and will accept my invitation to the ranch!

May you have a wonderful and blessed Christmas and a very happy Get 2 it! prosperous New Year!

Michael

I have some great, exciting, fabulous news for those of you who follow my blog! You are the first to hear the news after the Presidential Directors meeting last Friday. The television show tested extremely well, and produced the results we desired with everyone coming in through the Nopalea Wellness Challenge. What was so impressive is that a third of the responders upgraded to be Share and Earn qualified Affiliates. Never have we had this kind of response in our 10 year history!

Get 2 it! should be your theme as we will begin fulfilling the reservations right after Christmas for those who attended the Galaxy of Stars which was our promise for attending the event.

Next year will be an explosive growth year, so don’t wait! Get your Affiliates Share and Earn qualified and help them get their two Affiliates in place so they may receive three media contacts. I shared this with the Presidential Directors last week and I can promise you, I received exciting emails after the meeting. They have anticipated this announcement for three months during our testing phase.

There has never been a more opportune time to build in TriVita as we have Nopalea delivering incredible wellness experiences, a Nopalea Wellness Challenge follow-up system with great tools, and now Get 2 it! is going live. I would encourage you to take advantage of the holidays in networking your contacts about the wonderful opportunity to experience greater wellness and wealth with TriVita.

Yes, you can share this news with your Affiliates….Tell them blog followers always get the news first!!
